Terms for the Ziko account and dashboard layer.

Ziko provides a website, authenticated dashboard, billing/account layer, extension-linking flows, and cloud session features around a local-first VS Code extension.

Ziko does not promise uninterrupted availability of third-party providers such as Claude Code, Codex, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, or GitHub. Those services remain separate systems with their own terms and outages.

You are responsible for maintaining access to the provider accounts that your local extension uses, including Claude and Codex accounts where applicable.

You are also responsible for securing your own installation, source code, secrets, and any data you choose to sync into the Ziko account layer.

Do not use Ziko to violate law, contract, or third-party rights. Do not attempt to abuse billing, usage counters, linking flows, or cloud APIs. Do not use the service to upload or distribute malicious code, credentials you do not control, or unlawful material.

We may suspend or revoke access if usage threatens the service, other users, or third-party providers.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription state, renewal timing, payment issues, and billing-portal changes are reflected in the dashboard, but authoritative payment processing remains with Stripe.

Plan limits, product scope, and pricing may evolve over time. Material changes should be reflected on the pricing page and in billing/account surfaces before they take effect for new billing periods where practical.

If you enable account-linked features, Ziko may store synced session payloads, usage events, installation metadata, and billing/account records needed to operate the service.

You can export or delete synced session data from the dashboard, but local data stored by the extension on your machine is outside the website’s direct control.

Ziko is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, especially while the service is evolving. Outputs generated through Ziko, Claude, Codex, or any linked provider may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your use case.

You remain responsible for reviewing generated code, recommendations, and actions before relying on them in production or high-risk environments.
